Job Description

You will serve as a dedicated butler for domestic and international VIP guests staying at our ultra-luxury villas in Hakuba, anticipating their every need and ensuring a flawless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and bidding farewell to guests, and providing personal support throughout their stay
• Customizing and arranging activities (skiing, hot springs, dining, etc.)
• Managing villa facilities and providing food and beverage service during catering
• Coordinating with other departments and local partners (transportation, dining, leisure)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality experience in luxury hotels, ryokans, or the airline industry
• Business-level English (conversational Japanese is also required)
• Exceptional hospitality mindset and flexible problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
