Property Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development of new high-end villas and resort facilities, from land acquisition and planning to design and construction management. You will drive development that balances luxury with sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching potential sites, formulating business plans, and executing land acquisition
• Directing and negotiating with architectural firms, general contractors, and local builders
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Supporting various administrative applications to local authorities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate development or construction project management
• First/Second-Class Architect or Real Estate Notary (Takken) certification preferred
• Strong understanding of and interest in sustainable/green building practices
• Willingness to travel flexibly between Tokyo and Nagano
