Job Description

Provide completely private ski/snowboard lessons and alpine guiding for our high-end clientele. Prioritizing safety, you will curate the ultimate winter experience tailored to each guest’s skill level and desires.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting private and small-group ski/snowboard lessons
• Developing personalized curricula and ensuring rigorous safety management
• Evaluating weather and slope conditions to select appropriate lesson routes
• Collaborating with the concierge team to provide guest feedback

Qualifications

• SAJ Level 2, PSIA Level 2, or equivalent international ski instructor certification
• Minimum of 5 full-time seasons or 2,000 documented teaching hours
• Business-level English (to cater to a multinational clientele)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with guests
